Shipping policy

Orders placed in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico) are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days for most products, incense are created when ordered. We do not ship product on Sundays, however deliveries can be made on Saturdays in some states. During the Holiday Season, orders placed are processed and shipped within 8-14 business days.
