 Often we carry over mental, physical, and emotional “residue” from other lifetimes. By accessing these lifetimes through guided meditation in a relaxed state, we can see what we were meant to learn from that experience and release it. We can also use these lifetimes as learning tools so we don’t have to repeat the same lessons. We will also be connecting to our ancestors and loved ones to get messages, guidance, and closure. Please bring paper and something to write with and also a mat/blanket if you want to lay down.
